Claudio Rodríguez (Zamora, 1934 – Madrid, 1999) read for the first time at the Residencia, November 22, 1989. This volume contains the recording of this reading and its transcript. He defined poetry as “the adventure between intimacy and reality,” and read poems from Don de la ebriedad, Conjuros, Alianza y condena, El vuelo de la celebración, and Casi una leyenda, then unpublished, with versions slightly different from the ones included in the first edition. This audio book also contains biographical notes and a bibliography.
